Court orders unilateral action against Noor’s husband Wali Hamid Khan
Court on Thursday ordered a unilateral action against Noor’s husband Wali Hamid in khula case.
The directions came after Wali Hamid failed to attend the hearing despite repeated summons of the court.
The judge has also summoned Noor to record her statement in the case.
On Monday, Noor filed a case to get khula from Wali Hamid while putting an end to her fourth marriage.

She married Wali Hamid in 2015. Known for his classical singing, wali took to the big screen with Pakistani film ‘Ishq Positive’ opposite Noor Bukhari.
Her first marriage was with Vikram in 2008 which ended in divorce in 2010. Then she got married with director and producer Farooq Mengal which remianed just after four months. Her third husband was PTI leader Awn Chaudhry with whom she tied knot in 2012 but parted ways in the same year.
