Shoaib Mansoor born on August 19 is a Pakistani producer, director, writer, lyricist and composer. Shoaib Mansoor or ShoMan is one of the most influential and famous figures in the Pakistan showbiz scene. He has written, produced and directed many hit TV shows such as Ankahi, Fifty Fifty, Alpha Bravo Charlie, Sunehre Din all aired on PTV.

Shoaib Mansoor has also been a successful songwriter and music composer.It was Shoaib who introduced the 80’s Pakistani pop sensation Vital Signs to the mainstream.In 2007, Shoaib Mansoor proved himself again as ShoMan by a debut film, titled Khuda Ke Liye released on 20 July 2007 all over Pakistan.

In 2009, he began directing a big budget film Bol which cast includes Humaima Malick, Atif Aslam, Mahira Khan, Iman Ali, Shafqat Cheema, Manzar Sehbai, Zaib Rehman, Amr Kashmiri, Sagar, Zeb Sajjad, Kamran Mujahid, Naeem Kashmiri, Irfan Khusat, Riaz Mehmud, Khayyam Sarhadi, Sarfaraz Ansari and many others also written and produced by him.

As the name suggests the movie highlight the taboos of our culture the brutal story of a house full of daughters and a family suffering from the social problems trying hard to make their both ends meet. The film shows the suppress emotion, desires and the aftermaths of the wrong decisions. The tag lines of the movie are motivating us to speak for our religion, for our daughters, for our country, for our future. We have to speak if we want to bring change in our society. We Hope so this new cast with the amazing production of ShoMan will surely play a catalyst role in our society.
